Welcome to Swindon Caravan Storage!
Before storing with us, please read the below guidelines to make the best of your stay with us.
Guidelines:
1. Please drive at 5mph on the track and on the site to reduce damage and accidents.
2. Please don’t let anyone else tailgate you into or out of the site in order to keep up our very high levels of security.
3. Please make sure that the first gate is completely shut before opening the second gate as this is how the gates operate.
Terms and Conditions Guidance:
1. Please note that there is a £75.00 late payment fee for payments not received on the due date.
2. Please note that there is a £50.00 per hour administration fee for extra concierge services outside of the routine running of the site.
3. There is an interest rate for all items left on site unpaid for. We reserve the right to charge interest at 4% per day above base lending rate of HSBC Bank Plc.
4. Please note that there is a one month notice period for leaving the site.
Third Parties:
You are welcome to have any contractors on site but please note that you will need to fob them in and see them off of the premises. You will also need to remain onsite for the duration of their stay.
Zero Tolerance Policy
WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY VERBAL, PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL ABUSE WHETHER BY TEXT, EMAIL, POST, IN PERSON OR ANY OTHER METHOD OF COMMUNICATION.
If this occurs, we will contact the Police and the storer will be asked to leave the site immediately with no refunds given.
Opening and Closing Times:
01/04/24 – 31/08/24 – 0800 – 1900
01/09/24 – 31/03/24 – 0800 – Sunset
Last entry 30 mins before closing time.
Admin Hours
9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Admin includes:
- Email/SMS/Phone correspondence
- Arrangement of fob collection/drop off or return of deposits
- Invoicing queries or editing
- 1 month notice period
- Arrangement of removing vehicles
- Payment receipt when requested
We will no longer be responding during evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
